How To Clean Resturant Equipment With Soak Tank?
Step 1:
Fill the whale cleen sonic Soak Tank with clean hot water to the -MAX- Line
Step 2:
Plug the whale cleen sonic Soak Tank into the electrical outlet and switch on
Step 3:
Reset the DIGITAL TIMER
Step 4:
Add the SUITABLE SOLUTION and stir the solution
Step 5:
Load the whale cleen sonic Soak Tank with equipment such as pots, pans, hood filters and more. Use the lifting basket to lower the items into the appliance.
Leave to soak whole night.

Cleaning Effect:
OPERATION
Operating instructions are clearly marked on the end cap labels in English.Fill the unit with fresh water to the -MAX- fill line. It is preferable to use hot water because the operating temperature will be reached quicker.
Add the appropriate number of boxes of Cleaning solution into the water speading evenly. Avoid spalshing.
The unit has a lifting basket inside. Stir up the solution by slowly and gently raising and lowering the basket.
LOADING/UNLOADING
Items are loaded into the unit and left to soak for varying lengths of time. The time in the appliance will be determined by the amount of Carbon build up. A light rinse is required before using items. Use the lifting basket to immerse items into the unit. There are a number of slots in the basket side arm. Raise and lower to the appropriate slot to faciliate filling and emptying.
Steo 6:
Remove the items and rinse off any carbon residue. Heavily carbonized equipment may need an additional soak.
Drain Down Regular Floor Drain
Screw the Adaptor into the ball valve.
Connect the hose to the adaptor.Place the end of the hose into the floor drain.
Open the valve slowly.
When the solution has drained, remove the basket and clean in the sink.
Collect any sludge that accumulates in the trough at the bottom of the unit.
Rinse the inside of the unit with clean water until it is thoroughly clean.
Close the ball valve.
Replace the basket.
Fill the unit with clean fresh water (preferably hot) to the -MAX- fill line.
Add the appropriate number of boxes of suitable cleaning powder by spreading evenly.
Plug the unit in and switch on!
